Each workshop is 60 minutes long. For those in premium or 1st Class there is an extra 30-minute Q & A session straight after the main workshop. There are 6 workshops in this series.
The cost of the full series is £100 for an economy ticket, £150 for a premium ticket and £250 for 1st Class. The full materials including recordings of the workshops for each ticket type will be available in the members lounge until the end of September, therefore there will be no reduction in price for people joining midway through the series.
While attending the full series is recommended for the most comprehensive benefit, you can attend as many live sessions as you like. The workshop will be recorded and uploaded into the members lounge so that you can watch at a convenient time. The ticket price gives access to all of the workshops and there is no option to purchase stand alone sessions.
Recordings of the online workshops will be uploaded as soon as possible after the end of the workshop and will be available to watch on the website until the end of September 2025. The workshops are not available to download though to maintain a level of privacy of our members.

Yes, all participants will receive access to the members lounge related to the ticket that they bought. This will give access to the workshop videos, downloads, quizzes and activities.

We’ll delve into a range of topics including how to recognize your strengths, build positive emotions, self-compassion, deal with our inner critic, stress reduction techniques, emotional regulation, creating positive memories, fostering positive relationships, and incorporating healthy lifestyle choices.
All workshops will be held online via Zoom with the links to the workshops being sent out via email the week before the workshops start. They will also be posted in the members area on this website.
You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and ideally a webcam and microphone for full participation.
A notebook and pen or an electronic note taking device. After that, any creature comforts that would help you to feel relaxed and comfortable.
